Q: Unable to connect the monitor to the laptop.

A: Try the following methods:

  1. Unplug and reconnect the docking station (the square box).

  2. Unplug the HDMI cable connected to the back of the monitor and reconnect it.

  3. Make sure the output of the monitor matches the number connected to the HDMI cable (there are usually 2-3 output numbers).

Q: The height of the monitor's mounting arm is not adjustable.

Q: Unable to connect the webcam speakers to the laptop.

A: Try the following methods:

  1. Reboot your laptop.

  2. Make sure the docking station (the square box) and the webcam cable are connected.

Q: Unable to connect the keyboard to the laptop.

Q: Unable to connect the mouse to the laptop.

Q: Unable to connect the computer speakers to the laptop.

Q: Unable to adjust the desk or chair.

A: Please refer to the instruction guides.
