Accidental Damage Protection: This coverage provides up to $15,000 in protection for accidental damage to the unit. This includes damage to furniture, walls, countertops, and even pet damage.

Global Liability Protection: This coverage provides up to $300,000 in protection for personal accidents sustained on the property. It offers "peace of mind" protection against claims resulting from injuries and damage to people and/or property as a result of an accident.
