Additional Early Termination Information

This article outlines the policies for reservation extension cancellations, switching to another unit, and payment obligations, including how these are affected by a Notice to Vacate.

Extension Cancellations

Reservation extensions may be cancelled within 24 hours of being confirmed by contacting reservation@anyplace.com. Cancellations made within this period receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, extensions become non-cancellable and remain subject to the reservation's payment obligations.

Switching to Another Unit

Unit transfers are not available during an active reservation.

Guests wishing to relocate to another Anyplace property or unit must complete an early termination for their current reservation and create a new reservation for the desired unit. Approval and availability are subject to standard booking requirements.

Missed Payments

Submitting a Notice to Vacate does not cancel existing payment obligations.

Guests enrolled in Pay Monthly must continue making scheduled payments according to their billing due dates until all outstanding balances have been paid.

Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in the account being referred to collections.
