Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change. We're here to assist you with your cancellation request for your upcoming reservation with us.

All cancellations for bookings made at Anyplace.com must be formally communicated in writing to our Team at reservation@anyplace.com. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking or at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Bookings become non-refundable within 14 days of your move-in date or once check-in has occurred. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date, Anyplace reserves the right to withhold 30 days' worth of rent.

If any payment is made via credit card, the 3.2% processing fee incurred during the transaction is non-refundable. ACH payments and direct deposits do not incur a fee.

For bookings made through third-party partners, please check the applicable cancellation policy on the original listing.

Early Move Out:

If you choose to end your stay prior to the agreed-upon departure date, you remain responsible for the rent due for the remainder of your booking term. Anyplace reserves the right to retain up to 30 days’ worth of rent following the date of your early termination request.

In some cases, early move-outs with more than 30 days’ notice may be considered for partial rent relief. However, such accommodations are subject to approval and may incur a fee based on the number of days remaining in the original term.

This is our official policy. While we do not offer a standard 30-day notice-to-vacate option, we may apply that framework at our discretion when evaluating exception requests.

Cancellation of Extensions:

You are eligible to cancel your extension within 24 hours of extending your stay with written communication to reservation@anyplace.com. All extensions canceled within 24 hours are subject to a full refund. All cancellations after 24 hours of making changes during your stay are non-refundable. You will be responsible for payment through your move-out date.

Unit Switches: Guests may request a unit switch before check-in, provided the request is made more than 14 days before the initial arrival date and is approved by the Team. Unit switches are subject to a unit transfer fee.

Special Circumstances: For cancellations prior to move-in under extreme circumstances, contact our Team. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and while credits may be considered, refunds are not guaranteed.
