ACH (bank transfer) refunds generally take up to 10 business days to appear in your account after Anyplace initiates the refund. The exact timing depends on your bank’s processing speed and the ACH network, both of which operate independently of Anyplace.
We process approved refunds promptly, but please note that weekends and federal banking holidays are not counted as business days. Once a refund has been initiated, Anyplace cannot accelerate or influence your bank’s internal posting timelines.
Why does it take several days for my refund to show up?
ACH transactions are handled through a network of financial institutions that must verify, clear, and settle funds before crediting your account. These steps are designed to ensure accuracy and security but can result in delays that are outside of Anyplace’s control.
What if my refund hasn’t shown up after 10 business days?
If it’s been more than 10 business days since you received confirmation that your refund was processed, we recommend checking directly with your bank. Sometimes funds may be temporarily held, returned, or delayed by your financial institution or intermediary processors.
If your bank confirms that no refund has been received, please reach out to us at support@anyplace.com, and we’ll be happy to verify the transaction status.
