Certain pets may be permitted in specific Units, as indicated on the Anyplace website. No pets or animals (including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, rodents, or insects) are allowed within the Unit or the Building, including on a temporary basis or with any visitor, unless required by law or with the express written consent of Anyplace. If Anyplace permits the Guest to keep a pet in the Unit, a pet deposit and/or pet fee will be required, and the Guest assumes full responsibility for any additional damages caused by the pet. The amount may vary depending on the unit and location.
The Guest acknowledges and agrees that other Units in the Building may allow pets, that Anyplace has no control over other occupants keeping pets, and that Anyplace shall not be held liable for any damage or injury to the Guest’s health or personal property resulting from the presence of animals in or around the Building. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, and Wolf Hybrid.
