Your stay includes standard cleaning upon departure. This article clarifies what’s covered, what’s not, and how to prepare for a smooth checkout.
Checkout Time
Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
This gives you time to pack and depart comfortably without rushing.
What’s Included
Standard Cleaning
Your booking includes standard exit cleaning at no additional charge.
This covers:

Laundering linens

Vacuuming floors
-
Surface cleaning (counters, tables, basic bathroom wipe-down)

Restocking supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, basic toiletries)
This is our standard turnover process.
What’s Not Included
Deep Cleaning (Additional Charges Apply)
Deep cleaning beyond normal use is billed separately at our professional cleaning rate.
This includes:

Stain removal (carpets, upholstery, furniture)

Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

Odor remediation
-
Cleaning requiring significantly more time than standard turnover
All additional charges are documented with photos before billing.
How to Prepare for Checkout
Help us maintain affordable rates by leaving the unit in reasonable condition:

Remove all trash from the unit

Clean dishes — rinse and load into the dishwasher, or wash and put away

Turn off lights
-
Sign out of all streaming services
That’s it. We handle the rest.
