Life happens and you may need to cancel, here are your options.  

If you booked a property at least 7 days before your move-in date, you have 24 hours once we confirm your accommodation (confirmation sent to you via email) to cancel your booking without penalty. We will refund the full monthly room rate and deposit.

e.g. We confirmed your room rental today, May 1st at 3 pm, your check-in date is May 14, you have until May 2 at 3pm to cancel for a 100% refund.

If you booked least 7 days before your move-in date and submitted a cancellation request 24 hours after we confirmed your accommodation (confirmation sent to you via email) will result in a 50% penalty. We will refund 50% of the monthly room rate and your full deposit. 

e.g. we confirmed your room rental today, May 1st at 3pm, your check-in date is May 14, but you submitted a cancellation request after 3pm on May 2, your refund will only be 50%.  

Cancellation requests should be made via email, support@anyplace.com. 

Bookings made and cancellation requests received less than 7 days before your check-in date are non-refundable.
