When is the monthly payment due?

Your first month's rent and any applicable fees are collected before your reservation is confirmed and prior to check-in. If you extend your stay, your payment would be due 30 days from your check-in date for the next month's rent. 

Rent payments must be made in full, weekly payments are not permitted.
