Can I ship items to the property before my arrival, and how should they be addressed?

For security reasons, we cannot accept shipments to the property before your arrival. Each building has its own package management system, and new guests are not registered until one or two days before their arrival. This may result in packages being returned.

Additionally, your unit number is only provided at check-in. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in prioritizing the safety and security of all our guests.
