# How do I list my property with Anyplace?
## If you already operate furnished, work-ready rentals, you can apply to join the Anyplace Partner Network. It's our curated program that connects professional operators with remote workers and corporate teams booking stays of 30 days or longer.
The Partner Network is for operators of **entire furnished units**. We don't accept private rooms or shared spaces.
This is a selective network, not an open listing platform. Every unit is reviewed before it goes live and **must meet all of the following requirements**:
- **Available for 30+ day stays.** No nightly or short-term turnover.
- **Prime location** in one of our active markets: New York, Jersey City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, Santa Clara, or Tokyo.
- **Fully furnished** and move-in ready, with utilities and essentials in place from day one.
- **Complete home-office setup**, which means more than a desk and chair: a height-adjustable desk, ergonomic chair, external monitor, keyboard, mouse, laptop stand, webcam, microphone, and lighting for calls.
- **Reliable high-speed internet** on a private network.
Missing a few home-office items? Your unit can still qualify once they're added. We'll share the full list during review.
**How it works:** Apply with details about your units, and our team reviews them against these standards. Approved partners connect through a supported PMS or list directly. Guests book and pay through Anyplace, you run your own screening within 48 hours, and you decide whether to accept. There's no fee to list. We charge a commission only on confirmed bookings.
