Our billing operates on a 30-day cycle, counting 30 full days from your check-in date regardless of the month's length. To determine your nightly rate, simply divide your monthly rent amount by 30.
If your booking extends beyond 30 days, you have two payment options: pay for the entire stay upfront or pay for the first 30 days and then get billed for additional nights at the end of your initial 30 days.
Please note that if you book for 31 days or more and choose to pay only for the first 30 days at booking, you will still be responsible for the remaining days of your stay, even if you check out early.
