Can I extend my stay?
Yes, you can request to extend your stay!
We recommend booking your stay for the full duration you anticipate needing. However, if you decide to extend during your current booking, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If you booked directly with Anyplace, you can also request an extension anytime under the "Bookings" section on Anyplace.com.
Please note the following:
- Extensions are subject to availability. If another guest has already booked the apartment for dates after your original stay, an extension at the same apartment won’t be possible.
- Rental prices for extensions are influenced by demand and seasonality, so the rate for your extended period may differ from your original booking rate.
For bookings in the State and City of New York:
- If a confirmed booking is extended and the total length of stay crosses a tax threshold, the applicable taxes will be adjusted on future invoices in accordance with the updated stay duration. Any overpaid taxes resulting from this change will be credited or refunded accordingly.
