# Is there a penalty for modifying my booking?
There may be fees or penalties associated with modifications to your booking, such as altering check-in or move-out dates, extending your stay, switching units, or terminating early. Please be aware that shifting your check-in and move-out dates while maintaining the same length of stay is not permitted. Our accommodations require a minimum stay, and no changes to the booking term are allowed without our express written consent.
