What are your check-in procedures?

The check-in process may be a meet-and-greet, self-check-in, or front desk check-in. Our Destination Specialist will contact you to arrange your check-in and will serve as your main point of contact during your stay. They are available during regular business hours (9 AM - 6 PM) and for emergencies outside these hours. Guests will also receive our welcome email which includes the following:

  • Exact address and unit number
  • Unit WiFi details
  • Mailbox number
  • Parking details (if requested by guest)
  • Request for specific check-in time

A fee may be incurred regarding early and late check-ins:

Early/Late Check-in/Check-out Fees: → Early check-in from 10am-3pm will incur a fee of $75

Early check-in before 10am will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates) 

Late check-in after 9pm will incur a fee of $120 if a meet-and-greet is necessary for the property.

Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75

Late check-out after 3pm will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates)
