Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you move out earlier than the agreed term of your stay, you will still be responsible for the monthly payments in accordance with the agreement and may forfeit the deposit.

*Some properties have opted into one of the 4 cancelation options listed below. If so, the specific cancellation policy will be shown on the listing page for that property. If no policy is shown on the listing, option 4 applies (Non-refundable).

OPTION #1 (Flexible)

Reservations are fully refundable for 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed and a day before check-in will incur a 50% penalty on the first month’s rent. Cancellation requests made on the check-in date will incur a penalty equal to the first month’s rent.

Example:

  1. Booking is confirmed on May 1, 2020
  2. Customer cancels on May 3, 2020
  3. Booking is canceled and customer is only refunded 50% of the first month’s rent

OPTION #2 (Moderate)

Reservations are fully refundable for 24 hours after the booking is confirmed as long as the booking is confirmed more than 7 days in advance of the check-in.

More than 24 hours after booking is confirmed, guests can cancel but will incur a penalty of 50% off the first month’s rent.

Reservations made and canceled within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a penalty equal to the first month’s rent.

Example 1:

  1. Booking is confirmed on May 1, 2020, for check-in on June 1, 2020.
  2. Customer cancels on May 3, 2020
  3. Booking is canceled and the customer is only refunded 50% of the first month’s rent.

Example 2:

  1. Booking is confirmed on May 1, 2020, for check-in on June 1, 2020.
  2. Customer cancels on May 30, 2020
  3. Booking is canceled and customer forfeits the first months’ rent

OPTION #3 (Strict)

Reservations are fully refundable for 24 hours after the booking is confirmed, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the check-in date, otherwise, it is a confirmed booking. More than 24 hours after booking is confirmed, guests can cancel but incur a penalty equivalent to the first month’s rent.

Example:

  1. Booking is confirmed on May 1, 2020, for check-in on June 1, 2020.
  2. Customer cancels on May 15, 2020
  3. Booking is canceled and customer forfeits the first months’ rent
